One day I sat in the dentist and a lady said her grandson asked her if god knew how many hairs are on his head
She told him he did
He then asked if he knew how may hairs are on a womans’ head
She told him he did
He was amazed
That’s the god that knows you
He knows your past experiences present condition and future possibilities
He knows your fears
He knows your loves
He keeps a record of how many tears you’ve shed and the number of cries it took for you to shed them
He built you intentionally
He sat down at his table and added gifts and talents and love and made you on purpose
He looked at his schedule and said I’m about to make you
He could have done anything you can conceive
But he stopped doing that and made you
Do you realize how special you are
Look at that greatness you reflect
See you so great its scary
You do everything you can to hide that greatness
You ashamed of it
You are great and beautiful and black and strong
You are a gift from God
Made on purpose to reflect his greatness in the world
Look at all that greatness
Accept it
